Account Deletion Request
This form allows you to request the permanent deletion of your Ajentik account and all associated personal data. This process is irreversible and is processed in accordance with global data protection regulations.
Note: If you only want to delete specific data rather than your entire account, please use our Delete My Data tool instead.
Important Legal Information
- •Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days as required by applicable privacy regulations.
- •Once your account is deleted, all personal data associated with it will be permanently removed or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
- •This process is irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.
- •We may retain certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as permitted by law. This includes:
- - Records required for financial or tax reporting (7 years)
- - Security and fraud prevention data (up to 2 years)
- - Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics

How We Process Your Request
Identity Verification
We'll verify your identity through the email address associated with your account to ensure the request is legitimate.
Data Identification
Our team will identify all personal data associated with your account across our systems.
Data Deletion
We'll delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our retention policies. Some information may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
Confirmation
Once the deletion process is complete, we'll send you a final confirmation email.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process this deletion request based on:
- Your explicit consent provided by submitting this form
- Our legal obligation to comply with data protection regulations, including GDPR Article 17 (Right to erasure), CCPA Section 1798.105 (Right to deletion), and PDPA Section 16 (Withdrawal of consent)
In certain cases, we may have legitimate reasons to decline your deletion request, such as:
- Legal or regulatory requirements to retain certain information
- Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
- Overriding legitimate interests as permitted by law
